The process of updating your install to CR XI R2A may be different for CR XI R1 and CR XI R2. Rather than worrying about 10+ Service Packs the task is simplified to at most two downloads. One of a number of reasons for this change is simplification. With Crystal Reports XI R1 being out of support for over a year now, and CR XI R2 quickly approaching end of support (June 30, 2011), all CR XI R1 and CR XI R2 Fix Packs and Service Packs have been removed and replaced by Crystal Reports XI R2A.
